Why Service Your Air Conditioner?

PERFORMANCE - Heating and cooling levels are significantly affected when dust and mold build up within the air conditioner.
HEALTH - Your health can be negatively affected, as what your air conditioner releases into your home is what you breathe in. When your air conditioner is not maintained, it can be hazardous, especially if you have conditions such as asthma or allergies.
COST - Servicing your AC helps to lower your power bill. Without a regular service, the performance of the air conditioner declines while your energy use increases.
LIFE OF UNIT - A regular service lengthens the overall lifetime of your air conditioner, so you can get the most out of it and avoid unnecessary replacement costs.

Signs Your Air Conditioner Needs a Service or Repair

INCONSISTENT TEMPERATURE OR NO COOL AIR - The first sign that your air conditioner needs servicing is when it starts blowing out warm air rather than cold, different to your temperature settings.
RESTRICTED AIRFLOW - If airflow circulation seems cut off or reduced, it could be an issue with filters and/or ducts clogged with dirt and dust.
STRANGE SMELLS & SOUNDS - Unexpected sounds and smells often indicate a need for servicing.
INCREASE IN ELECTRICITY BILLS - As performance declines, electricity usage increases. If you find one of your bills unusually high, that may suggest a need for maintenance on your AC unit.
LEAKS COMING FROM AC UNIT - Small drips or leaks of water from your AC are normal, but if you begin to experience little puddles around your system, get in touch for a service.

Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning Service

Firstly, a thorough inspection of the split system or ducted air conditioner is performed to identify any potential issues or areas of concern. This includes checking for any leaks, loose connections, or signs of wear and tear.

Additionally, the filters are inspected and cleaned or replaced if necessary to maintain proper airflow and prevent dust and debris from accumulating.

Next, the refrigerant gas pressure levels are checked and topped up if needed.

Proper refrigerant gas levels are crucial for efficient cooling and heating operation. The technician will also inspect the condenser coils and clean them if they are dirty or clogged with debris.

Furthermore, the electrical components of the air conditioner are inspected to ensure they are functioning correctly.

This includes checking the wiring, controls, and sensors for any faults or malfunctions. Any necessary repairs or replacements will be carried out by a qualified technician.

The system is then hydro cleaned using an antibacterial treatment.

In the case of ducted air conditioning, the zoning sections are also thoroughly checked.

Finally, comprehensive test is performed to verify that all aspects of the reverse cycle air conditioner are working as intended. This includes testing both cooling and heating modes to ensure proper functionality in all seasons.

By following these service points during regular maintenance visits, you can help prolong the lifespan of your reverse cycle air conditioner while ensuring optimal performance throughout its lifetime.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Bruce came to do an AC service today and he was an absolute legend. Kept me informed from go to woah, brought his own drop sheets to keep the house looking clean too. Now the return air filter is sparkling and the fan system is clean and maintained and I couldn't be happier with today's service. Smells great too! Thanks Bruce! And thank you Adam Zoellner and crew

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From start to finish, the replacement of our full ducted air conditioning system was an absolute breeze. Adam was fantastic from our initial consultation, taking the time to discuss our options and making the whole process seamless and efficient.
On installation day, Tyson and the team arrived on time, worked efficiently and professionally, and kept everything tidy. It’s the little things that really make a difference — putting down dust sheets, cleaning up thoroughly at the end, and even using generators to keep our fridges running while the work was underway.
Our new system is quiet, efficient and working beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
A big thank you to Adam Zoellner and his team — we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning work.
And a special shout-out to Tyson and his excellent playlist! 🎶 It certainly kept us entertained, especially listening to the boys singing along! 😄
